The word ‘integration’ is the most terrifying word in the ‘IT’ dictionary. The beauty of our product is there’s no integration required. All our customers have to do is create the ability to export and import data from their existing system by way of a very simple import/export protocol (usually CSV or XML),…and that’s it…MDG’s software does the rest.

The process is very easy…we just guide you through the following simple process

1.) Together, we agree a ‘scope of works’ detailing exactly what data you would like to move out of and back into your existing system, and then agree what functionality you would like on the PDA and how you would like it to be presented to the workforce on the screen of your chosen PDA's.

2.) You (or we) create a simple export protocol using CSV or XML and then push out some files to our unique Mobile Data middleware.

3.) Our middleware will accept your files and import them into sequel server data sets within the Gateway.

4.) The Data Gateway will populate the fields set up on the PDA’s to accept designated data files. The PDA’s will then be used to update the data and send newly created data back to the Gateway.

5.) The Gateway converts the data back into the original format in which the data was originally sent to the Gateway, and then make it available to be collected by your existing Back-office system.

6.) We verify the data by reviewing the data generated within the Gateway and by reviewing the file strings exported and imported into the system.

7.) We then literally push thousands of files through the gateway until you’re happy we’ve met all the requirements laid out in the ‘scope of works’.

And that’s it…you’re ready to go !
